List Time Entries
Authenticate with the workspace’s X-API-KEY header. The response is a JSON array of completed entries, including private internalNotes and customFields metadata. Running timers are separate.
| Query field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| earliest, latest | Inclusive RFC-3339 timestamp bounds, with timezone. Filter by entry start. |
| userId | Workspace member ID, available from List users. |
| clientId, projectId, deliverableId, ticketId | Exact related record IDs. deliverableId identifies a task. |
| includeEndDate | Default false; also match entries whose end falls inside the date window. |
Filters are combined. All filters are optional; latest cannot precede earliest. includeEndDate matches either endpoint inside the window, rather than all entries that overlap it.

--data-urlencode "latest=2026-10-02T00:00:00Z"
The maximum is 10,000 entries per request, with no guaranteed sort order. If a request returns 10,000 records, narrow the date window. Deduplicate by id across inclusive windows. Workspace timesheet permissions apply.
Use each entry’s id to read it individually, update it, or delete it. The response includes timing, pausedSeconds, duration in seconds, user and relationship IDs/names, billable, notes, format, internalNotes, customFields, invoice links and calculated billing fields. Invoice links, billing calculations, timestamps and missingRelatedItems are read-only.
